He authored engineering text-books, guides and lab manuals.
His research area includes IoT, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
He obtained his B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Govt. Model Engineering College Ernakulam under CUSAT.
M.Tech. degree with specialization in Networking and Internet Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering, Shimoga under VTU, Karnataka.
He received his full time Ph.D degree in Computer Vision from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal University campus, Manipal.
